The Philadelphia City Council has authorized the Philadelphia Land Bank to transfer five parcels of land—2942 and 2944 W Wishart Street, 3323 W Allegheny Avenue, 3212 N 33rd Street, and 3216 N Newkirk Street—for the development of affordable homeownership housing.
