Continuing the Fishtown Kensington Area Business Improvement District and Extending Its Boundaries

The Fishtown Kensington Area Business Improvement District is being extended and expanded to include both sides of Frankford Avenue from the west side of Delaware Avenue to the southwest side of Lehigh Avenue, among other streets. The Fishtown Kensington Area Business Improvement District, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, will continue to serve as the neighborhood improvement district management association. The District will be in place until December 31, 2029, and a special property assessment fee will be levied on property owners within the District to fund improvements and services.
