This application involved comprehensive amendments to the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, specifically establishing the Special Midtown South Mixed Use District and eliminating the Special Garment Center District. The plan also modifies APPENDIX F to establish a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing area within Community Districts 4 and 5 in the Borough of Manhattan, Council District 3.
