The New York City Council approved the disposition and acquisition of a city-owned property at East 110th Street in Manhattan (Block 1638, p/o Lot 1) for the Carmen Villegas Apartments Senior Housing project. This decision, Resolution No. 1010, was coupled with related applications (L.U.
