The New York City Council approved a set of land use applications (C 250151 ZMM, N 250152 ZRM, and C 250153 ZSM) facilitating the expansion and renovation of Lenox Hill Hospital at 100 East 77th Street in Manhattan. Specifically, Application C 250151 ZMM amended the Zoning Map, remapping portions of the hospital site from R8B and C1-8X districts to C1-8 and C1-9 districts. Application N 250152 ZRM amended the Zoning Resolution to establish a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing area related to the project and modify other zoning regulations. Furthermore, Application C 250153 ZSM granted a special permit that allows an increase in the maximum community facility floor area ratio and modifies height, setback, and lot coverage regulations for the proposed enlargement and renovation of the existing hospital and related facilities, which occupy an entire block.
