The New York City Council approved a special permit for the One45 for Harlem mixed-use development, submitted by One45 Lenox LLC. This permit, granted pursuant to Section 74-743 of the Zoning Resolution, modifies the tower regulations of Section 35-64 (Special Tower Regulations for Mixed Buildings). The development is part of a large-scale general development bounded by West 145th Street and a line 160 feet easterly of Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard (Block 2013, Lot 29) in a C4-6 District in Harlem, Manhattan. This approval followed a zoning map amendment (C 250115 ZMM) that changed the area's zoning from R7-2 and C8-3 Districts to C4-6. The decision was made with modifications and referred to the City Planning Commission.
