At its Stated Meeting on March 26, 2025, the New York City Council adopted by roll-call vote a slate of Land Use Call-ups. These included: the H+H Operating Agreement to transfer eight city-owned properties to NYC Health + Hospitals; the 581 Grant Avenue Development and related HPD applications for a seven-story affordable housing building; the 123-12 Sutphin Boulevard Rezoning for a mixed-use five-story building with deep affordability; acquisition of four lots for a new 47-seat primary school; modifications to HPD’s Brook 156 project for commercial/community uses; and the West 128th-129th Street Cluster urban development action area project for affordable home ownership under ANCP. All items passed with the required affirmative votes.
