This decision approves the Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use Plan, a comprehensive rezoning of properties along Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn’s Community Districts 3 and 8. It eliminates existing C2-4 and Special Mixed Use (MX-20) districts and upzones multiple R6A, R6B, and M1-1/R6B subdistricts to higher-density R7A, R7D, R7-2, M1-2A/R6A, M1-3A/R7D, and M1-4A/R9A zones.
