Located at 50 West 13th Street in Manhattan (Block 576, Lot 15), the designation DL-543/LP-2658 was made pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter and Section 25-303 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. This decision, processed through the Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions, officially preserves the historic status of the property.
