The affected area spans 357.29 acres and includes properties currently zoned RS3.75, RS3.75A, R6, R6-A, RM9, RM20, RM20-A, RM40, OR20, MUN, MUN-A, CN, CL, CS, CS-A, and IR. The proposed ordinance mandates specific building materials for facades, including brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, metal paneling or siding, and glass, or substantially similar materials. This bill passed its first reading on 5/6/2025 and its second reading on 8/5/2025, and was approved by the Planning Commission with a substitute on 7/24/2025.
