This district is proposed for properties at 2819, 2821, 2823 Jones Avenue and Jones Avenue (unnumbered), approximately 43 feet south of Hart Lane, encompassing 8.27 acres. The specific plan allows for 84 multi-family residential units. The ordinance stipulates that building facades must be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or substantially similar materials, unless otherwise approved on detailed building elevations included with the preliminary Specific Plan.
