The property is identified as Parcel No. 111 on Map 052-03. The Planning Commission approved the change on 5/22/2025. The Metropolitan Council passed the ordinance on first reading on 7/1/2025 and on second reading on 8/5/2025 after a public hearing on the same day. The third reading is scheduled for 8/19/2025.
