The ground floor is envisioned for retail and service tenants such as a yoga/Pilates studio, coffee shop, pet store, and clothing boutique. The upper floor will feature two restaurants with a shared terrace space. The design incorporates industrial-inspired materials like brick, metal, and glass, reflecting the neighborhood's history. The Metro Council bill BL2022-1286, with MPC Case #: 2021SP-044-002, limits the residential density to a maximum of two multi-family units within the MUL-A zoning district, and prohibits short-term rentals.
