The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 2,336 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 300 linear feet of new two-inch force sewer main (PVC), 1,730 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 310 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, and 14 sanitary sewer manholes, along with associated easements. This infrastructure is intended to serve three properties located at Old Hickory Boulevard (unnumbered), collectively known as Evergreen Hills Phase 4A, under MWS Project Nos. 24-WL-72 and 24-SL-233 and Proposal No. 2025M-083ES-001. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the mandatory referral for this acceptance on June 11, 2025. The ordinance further authorizes the Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration to execute necessary documents. According to the fiscal note, this ordinance incurs no cost to Metro, as the easements are donated and have no market value.
