An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept approximately 632 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes, and the relocation of one fire hydrant assembly and associated easements. This infrastructure is needed to serve the Hermitage Row Development. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the mandatory referral on June 17, 2025. This request was reviewed by relevant Metro agencies including Metro Parks, Nashville Department of Transportation, Metro Water Services, Metro Emergency Communications, Nashville Electric Service, General Services-Public Property and Metro Historical Commission, all of whom concurred with the approval recommendation. No conditions apply to this approval.
