An ordinance was authorized by The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements for two properties known as Franklin Limestone Townhomes, located at 208 Franklin Limestone Road and 2111 Murfreesboro Pike. This acceptance is necessary for the construction of MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-45 and 25-SL-109. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-088ES-001 on June 11, 2025, for the acceptance of these utilities and easements. The project involves approximately 803 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 183 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 531 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, and seven sanitary sewer manholes, along with associated easements.
