The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County has authorized the acceptance of approximately 490 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), one fire hydrant assembly, and associated easements. These improvements are for three properties: 1 Terminal Drive, Murfreesboro Pike (unnumbered), and 701 Donelson Pike, collectively known as BNA TARI 3.1. This acceptance is necessary to facilitate project number 25-WL-19. The Metropolitan Planning Commission previously approved this mandatory referral on June 2, 2025. This ordinance has no direct cost to Metro, as the easements are donated and have no market value.
