An ordinance was passed authorizing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept approximately 54 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole, and associated easements for the property located at 799 C Fairwin Avenue. This infrastructure is needed to support project number 25-SL-73. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the mandatory referral for this acceptance on June 2, 2025. This ordinance has no cost to Metro, as the easements are donated and have no market value.
