An ordinance was passed authorizing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer infrastructure at 813 Watts Lane, also known as 813-1230 Watts SP - Phase 1. This includes approximately 818 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 562 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two new fire hydrant assemblies, and five new sanitary sewer manholes. Additionally, the ordinance covers the relocation of one existing fire hydrant assembly and the replacement of one sanitary sewer manhole, along with associated easements. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved this mandatory referral on May 15, 2025. The project numbers are 25-WL-16 and 25-SL-40.
