This ordinance authorizes the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer infrastructure and associated easements. The infrastructure includes approximately 390 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 240 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 592 linear feet of new 12-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), and 1,871 linear feet of new 15-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC). Additionally, it includes one fire hydrant assembly and three sanitary sewer manholes. This infrastructure is primarily for the Avid Hotel Revision 1 project located at 4021 Mills Road, with portions of the sanitary sewer mains and easements also affecting four offsite properties at 5800 Old Hickory Boulevard, 4010 Sells Drive, 4100 Central Pike, and 4156 Central Pike. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved this mandatory referral on May 9, 2025. The ordinance requires no cost to Metro and involves donated easements with no market value according to the Department of Water Services.
