The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to acquire permanent and temporary easements for nine properties located on Prince Avenue and Trinity Lane. These easements are necessary to construct the Prince Avenue Stormwater Improvement Project (Project No. 25-SWC-204). The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-081ES-001 on June 5, 2025. The ordinance allows for negotiation, condemnation, and acceptance of these easements, as detailed in Exhibits 1 and 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute necessary documents. Future amendments to this legislation may be approved by resolution.
