This resolution authorizes the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept one new public sanitary sewer manhole at 522 Russell Street, also known as East End UMC. This acceptance is necessary to construct project number 25-SL-88. The Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to approve such extensions by resolution of the Metropolitan Council, as per Tennessee Code Annotated section 7-35-406(a)(2) and Ordinance No. BL2024-345. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-095ES-001 on June 17, 2025, for this acceptance. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute necessary documents to carry out this acceptance.
