The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County authorized the abandonment of approximately 720 linear feet of existing two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC) and the acceptance of new public water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. This includes approximately 866 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 804 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), and 832 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC). Additionally, one fire hydrant assembly will be accepted. These infrastructure changes are for two properties located at Stewarts Ferry Pike (unnumbered), known as The Cove development. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-084ES-001 on June 11, 2025. The project numbers are 25-WL-15 and 25-SL-39.
