A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2023-32, which was originally approved on November 9, 2023. The original ordinance authorized the acceptance of approximately 118 linear feet of new six-inch water main and 129 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main, along with one sanitary sewer manhole, for the property then located at 3124 Torbett Street. The amendment, as approved by the Metropolitan Planning Commission on June 25, 2025, changes the linear footage to be accepted to 60 linear feet of new six-inch water main and 58 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main. Additionally, the resolution updates the project address from 3124 Torbett Street to 3120 Torbett Street. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept these revised lengths of water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute necessary documents.
