An ordinance to authorize specific building material restrictions and requirements for a previously approved Specific Plan Zoning District (BL2025-933) for a 0.29-acre property located approximately 150 feet north of Van Buren Street. The ordinance mandates that building facades be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or substantially similar materials, unless otherwise approved in the preliminary Specific Plan elevations. This is an amendment to an existing SP to add architectural material controls.
