Architectural elevations must comply with standards, and all internal driveways are to be labeled as 'Private Driveways' and maintained by the Homeowner's Association. The project, named 'Germantown Green,' is envisioned as a two- or three-story mixed-use development, offering retail, dining, and recreational spaces. The ground floor will feature retail and service options such as a yoga/Pilates studio, coffee shop, pet store, and clothing boutique, while the upper floor will house two restaurants with a shared terrace space. The development will incorporate industrial-inspired materials like brick, metal, and glass, reflecting the neighborhood's history.
