An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing various existing zonings to RM40-A-NS, OR40-A, MUN-A, MUN-A-NS, MUL-A, and MUL-A-NS zoning for various properties located on the east and west sides of 51st Avenue North, north of I-40 and south of Centennial Boulevard, between 63rd Avenue North and 43rd Avenue North, and north of Centennial Boulevard east and west of 61st Avenue North and Linder Industrial Drive, and on the northeast side of 51st Avenue North and Louisiana Avenue, encompassing 293.33 acres. The proposal number is 2025Z-047PR-001. The application fee for this rezoning was waived by the Council.
