An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing various existing zonings (RS3.75, RS3.75-A, R6, R6-A, RM9, RM20, RM20-A, RM40, OR20, MUN, MUN-A, CN, CL, CS, CS-A and IR) to new zonings (RM40-A-NS, OR40-A, MUN-A, MUN-A-NS, MUL-A, and MUL-A-NS) for properties covering approximately 293.33 acres. The rezoning affects various properties located on the east and west sides of 51st Avenue North, north of I-40 and south of Centennial Boulevard, between 63rd Avenue North and 43rd Avenue North. It also includes properties north and south of Centennial Boulevard, east and west of 61st Avenue North and Linder Industrial Drive, and on the northeast west side of 51st Avenue North and Louisiana Avenue, between Delaware Avenue and Louisiana Avenue to 56th Avenue North south of Centennial Boulevard, and between Couch Drive and Linder Industrial Drive to 61st Avenue North. The proposal number is 2025Z-047PR-001. This is a large-scale rezoning effort across multiple parcels.
