This resolution authorizes the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon an existing fire hydrant assembly and accept approximately 14 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP) and a new fire hydrant assembly for the property at 3200 Whites Creek Pike, also known as Production Row. This is needed for project number 25-WL-34. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-098ES-001 on June 26, 2025, and recommended approval to the Metropolitan Council. The construction of the new water main and fire hydrant will occur within the public right-of-way. The Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to approve such works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council.
