This resolution authorizes The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, and sanitary sewer manholes for the property located at 12782 Old Hickory Boulevard, also known as Mill Ridge. The infrastructure includes approximately 2,330 linear feet of eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 3,670 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fire hydrant assemblies, and 27 sanitary sewer manholes. These improvements are necessary for project numbers 25-WL-24 and 25-SL-49. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the mandatory referral for this acceptance on June 17, 2025, recommending approval to the Metropolitan Council. Relevant Metro agencies have reviewed and concurred with this recommendation. The resolution, once enacted, will authorize the Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration to execute necessary documents.
