The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 720 linear feet of existing two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC) and accept new public water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. This includes approximately 866 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), 804 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), 832 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), and one fire hydrant assembly. These improvements are for two properties located at Stewarts Ferry Pike (unnumbered), known as The Cove, supporting project numbers 25-WL-15 and 25-SL-39. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved this mandatory referral (No. 2025M-084ES-001) on June 11, 2025, recommending approval to the Metropolitan Council.
