The amendment permits personal care services, general office, and residential uses within the existing structure. This ordinance, Proposal No. 2013SP-050-002, explicitly prohibits short-term rental properties, whether owner-occupied or not. The Metropolitan Council passed this amendment on its third reading on July 15, 2025, after it was approved by the Planning and Zoning Committee and later by the Mayor. Conditions include updating the 'personal care' use to 'personal care services' on corrected copies, limiting permitted uses to the existing structure, providing any additional required parking behind the existing structure, and limiting site access to existing ingress/egress points unless conditioned by NDOT. A corrected preliminary SP plan must be provided incorporating Metro Council's conditions.
