Additionally, a corrected copy of the amended UDO plan, incorporating the Planning Commission and Council's conditions, must be submitted to the Planning Department within 120 days of the ordinance's effective date. Minor modifications to the preliminary plan can be approved by the Planning Commission based on final design, engineering, or site conditions, provided they are consistent with the plan's objectives. However, modifications that increase density or floor area, add unpermitted uses, eliminate specific conditions, or add new vehicular access points require a separate ordinance approved by the Metro Council.
