An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from R10 to SP (Specific Plan) zoning for properties located at 127, 131, 135 Liberty Lane, and Liberty Lane (unnumbered), approximately 800 feet east of Conference Drive. The rezoning permits a maximum of 240 multi-family residential units on the 4.93-acre site. Short Term Rental Property (STRP), both owner-occupied and not owner-occupied, is prohibited. The approval is subject to compliance with all conditions and requirements of Metro Reviewing Agencies. A corrected preliminary SP plan incorporating Metro Council's conditions must be provided to the Planning Department prior to or with the final site plan application. Minor modifications to the preliminary SP plan may be approved by the Planning Commission, provided they are consistent with the plan's principles and objectives, and do not increase density or floor area, add unpermitted uses, eliminate specific conditions, or add new vehicular access points.
