Overnight boarding of animals and short-term rentals (owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied) are prohibited. The approval is subject to several conditions, including providing a definition for 'Pet Grooming and related uses', updating standards, and coordinating with NDOT Traffic and Parking on sight distance and on-street parking issues. Future development requires right-of-way dedication and road improvements along Centennial Boulevard and Ohio Avenue consistent with the Major and Collector Street Plan. Architectural elevations must comply with all standards for the final site plan, and all internal driveways must be labeled as 'Private Driveways' and maintained by the Property Owners’ Association. Minor modifications to the preliminary SP plan may be approved by the Planning Commission, provided they are consistent with the approved plan's principles and objectives, and do not increase density, add unpermitted uses, eliminate conditions, or add vehicular access points.
