Metro Nashville accepted an in-kind grant valued at $9,983 from McCabe Park Little League for improvements to the small baseball field at McCabe Park. The grant will fund removal of 170 linear feet of existing 4-foot chain-link fence and installation of an expanded fence to increase the outfield by approximately 15 feet. No cash match or additional obligations are required by Metro Parks. The work is estimated by Rio Grande Fence at $9,983. McCabe Park Little League will coordinate construction once Metro Parks and Council approvals are granted.
