This ordinance authorizes building material restrictions and requirements for BL2025-802, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District covering 0.74 acres at 209 and 211 Walton Lane, approximately 242 feet east of Walton Oak Drive. It requires building facades to be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or materials substantially similar in form and function, unless otherwise approved on detailed preliminary SP building elevations.
