Ordinance BL2025-801 authorizes specific building material restrictions and requirements for BL2025-800, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District covering 8.09 acres at 5960 and 5966 Nolensville Pike at the terminus of Foxview Drive. The ordinance mandates that building facades be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or materials substantially similar in form and function. The SP zoning will permit a mixed-use development subject to these design standards, and the Metropolitan Council approved the ordinance on third reading on May 20, 2025. Sponsor Councilmember John Rutherford led the adoption, and the ordinance takes effect immediately upon passage and publication.
