An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS10 to R10 zoning for property located at 3101 Hillside Road, approximately 196 feet south of Broadmoor Drive (0.2 acres). The Metropolitan Clerk is authorized to cause the change on the Official Zoning Map and make notation of the ordinance's passage and approval. The Clerk is also directed to publish a notice of this change in a newspaper of general circulation within five days following final passage. The ordinance will take effect upon this publication.
