An ordinance was approved to change the zoning of two properties located at 2475 Couchville Pike and 1617 Reynolds Road, at the southwest corner of Couchville Pike and Reynolds Road, from R20 (Residential) to IWD (Industrial Warehousing and Distribution). The combined area of these parcels is 64.24 acres. The Metropolitan Council passed the ordinance on its third reading, and it was approved by the Mayor. The Planning and Zoning Committee and Planning Commission had previously approved the proposal. This change allows for industrial development on the site.
