An ordinance was approved to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing the zoning from AR2a (Agricultural Residential) to RM9 NS (Residential Mixed, Neighborhood Scale) for the property located at 1385 Rural Hill Road. The property is approximately 4.03 acres and is situated about 335 feet west of Took Drive. This change allows for a higher-density residential use. The ordinance, identified as Proposal No. 2025Z 023PR 001, was passed on its third reading by the Metropolitan Council on April 15, 2025, and subsequently approved by the Mayor.
