An ordinance was passed to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing the zoning from IWD (Industrial Warehousing and Distribution) to ORI (Office Residential Institutional) for properties located at 502 Lester Avenue and 406 Woodycrest Avenue. These properties, at the northeast corner of Woodycrest Avenue and Lester Avenue, total 5.58 acres. The change was approved by the Planning Commission on January 9, 2025, and subsequently passed by the Metropolitan Council on its third reading on March 18, 2025, and approved by the Mayor on March 24, 2025, becoming effective on March 28, 2025.
