This ordinance amends Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. It changes the zoning classification for properties located at 3309 and 3313 Curtis Street from R10 (Residential) to RM9-A-NS (Residential Multi-Family Apartment-Neighborhood Scale). The properties are situated approximately 150 feet west of Courtney Avenue and encompass a total area of 0.92 acres. The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved this rezoning request on December 12, 2024. The Metropolitan Council subsequently passed the bill through several readings, with a final action date of March 18, 2025. The zoning change will be reflected on Map 069-12 of the Official Zoning Map for Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, and a notice announcing the change is to be published in a general circulation newspaper.
