This 13.87-acre site is approximately 1,600 feet south of Old Hickory Boulevard and is intended to permit 46 single-family lots. The ordinance mandates that building facades be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or substantially similar materials, unless otherwise approved on detailed building elevations included with the preliminary Specific Plan.
