The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County approved an ordinance to amend the preliminary plan for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) district located at 3101 Nolensville Pike. The 1.1-acre property, currently zoned CS, will now permit the development of a car wash, covering a total of 5,700 square feet. The approval comes with several conditions, including compliance with Metro reviewing agencies, adherence to existing conditions from a previous ordinance (BL2005-688) with specific exceptions for the car wash use and signage, and meeting fire marshal requirements for emergency vehicle access and water supply. The applicant is also required to provide a corrected preliminary PUD plan to the Planning Department prior to any additional development applications or final PUD plan submission.
