The Louisville Metro Council approved the detailed district development plan (Case 25-DDP-0007) for Beulah Crossings Townhomes, authorizing 190 townhome units across 26 two-story buildings on an 18.3-acre site at 6803 Beulah Church Road. The plan extends Cedar Creek Road for dual access, incorporates associated parking and drive lanes, and includes a clubhouse, pool, and dog park. A minimum tree canopy is preserved and enhanced with new plantings to meet binding elements addressing environmental and habitat protection. Stormwater drainage, wetlands, and potential bat habitats are managed per MSD and federal requirements. The binding elements require construction fencing to protect off-site trees, final landscape screening plans, compliance with approved renderings, and certificates of occupancy. The plan was previously rezoned under Ordinance No. 12, Series 2024, and conforms to the Highview Neighborhood Plan.
