The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) submitted a transmittal to the City Council recommending the termination of rent reductions and the removal of seven properties from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). The LAHD's Code Enforcement Division determined that all cited code violations have been corrected, and the property owner has satisfied all outstanding electric service and/or water charges.
