This funding is for a project consisting of funding allocation, a lease and/or other agreement, and tenant improvements at an existing 2,184-square-foot retail space within the City-owned, Los Angeles Department of Transportation-operated Vine Street Parking Garage. The project also includes the operation of a public restroom and a visitors' center. The project was deemed categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Article 19, Section 15301(a) (Existing Facilities) and City CEQA Guidelines Article III, Section 1, Class 1 (Existing Facilities).
