The coffee shop, a long-term tenant in the City-owned Warner Grand Theatre, must vacate its premises due to extensive renovations required for the historic theatre. The $30,000 grant is intended to cover expenses such as moving to a temporary space, retaining employees, and acquiring new equipment. The committee approved these recommendations on May 2, 2025, and the matter has been submitted to the City Council for final consideration.
