This motion approves the allocation of $315,000 from General City Purposes Fund No. 100-56, Account No. 000618, to execute a contract with HR&A Advisors, Inc. for project management, policy analysis, and communications support for Council District 4’s homelessness strategy. It authorizes the City Clerk and City Administrative Officer to prepare and execute the necessary documents and payments, subject to City Attorney approval, and empowers them to make any corrections or clarifications by any means to effectuate intent. The contracted work will strengthen regional coordination, support Measure A implementation, and develop a public-facing dashboard to track homelessness investments. Funds will be utilized to ensure transparent reporting and improve strategic decision-making in addressing homelessness within CD4.
